Naing is a highly experienced and accomplished Engineering professional with a wealth of experience in the Facility Operations & Management environment. He has nearly 25 years combined experience in both Singapore and Myanmar with different engineering fields before he decided to proceed his specialization in Facilities Management.

Before joining MS, Than Soe worked for large organizations such as CPG, JESC, Cushman & Wakefield, etc. in Singapore. He is responsible for the company operations and service delivery of Matrix-Stream facilities management services.
